Research Focus

We are a cancer biology lab focused on brain tumors and extrachromosomal oncogene DNA amplification. We study tumor evolution and therapy resistance using high-throughput sequencing, computational analysis, and functional studies.

Why This Matters

Our research aims to explain how brain tumors evolve and resist therapy, enabling more durable, targeted treatments.

Current Funding Status

Our lab received initial funding through a university start-up package, which covered basic equipment and one year of supplies. However, to continue our promising research, we need additional support for:
